About Kristina Sampson

I am an author, speaker, Certified Oncology Nutrition Consultant, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and breast cancer survivor.
Since my diagnosis in 2007, I have used a combination of conventional and alternative treatments and modalities to heal from a rare and aggressive form of breast cancer.
I began my formal nutrition education shortly after ending treatment and now am committed to sharing my knowledge to help others who are dealing with cancer or who are trying to prevent the disease. With my clients, I promote eating a low-glycemic diet that includes real, nutrient-dense, high-quality food; reducing exposure to toxins in both diet and environment; being physically active; and incorporating spirituality into daily life.
I received my health coach certificate from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in 2014 and my Oncology Nutrition Consultant certification from the Oncology Nutrition Institute in July 2019. I earned a Masters Degree in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine through the University of Western States in Portland, OR, in 2020.
I look forward to supporting you on this journey.
