About Lyn Christopulos

Lyn Christopulos was born in Berkeley, CA in 1963.  His parents, Paul and Irene, instilled in him three basic principles by which to live; faith, family, and education. As a proud alumnus of the University of California, Berkeley, Lyn has had a 34 year career at Stewart Title where he continues to serve as VP of Sales.  

Lyn comes to Cancer Champions having witnessed the difficulties of cancer firsthand. He lost his mother to lymphoma in 1990, only to watch his father succumb to leukemia some 8 years later. To see one’s parents undergo surgeries, radiation, chemotherapy, and all the agony associated with cancer treatment is a painful and brutal thing to see. In 2012, Lyn’s brother George was diagnosed with Stage IV glioblastoma, an aggressive form of brain cancer. Doctors told George with all treatments he had a 50/50 chance to survive a year, but George persevered for five years before passing on.

Helping patients and their families throughout the cancer journey is near and dear to Lyn, and being a part of the Cancer Champions organization means the world to Lyn, and is something he takes great pride in. To be on the Board of Directors is both humbling and motivating, and Lyn looks forward to bringing his personal experiences to the table in order to serve the cancer community.
