  • 1 pot


  • 1 cup jasmine rice
  • 1.5 cup water
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk canned, full fat
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/3 cup cilantro


  • Start by rinsing your rice.
  • Once rice is washed, add it to a pot with 1.5 cups of water, 1/2 cup of coconut milk, 1 tsp of salt and 1 tbsp of lime.
  • Set heat to medium high, cover and let cook for 15 minutes, then turning on very low heat for two more minutes.
    Remove from heat.
  • To the rice, add another tbsp of lime juice, 1/3 cup of cilantro and another 1 tsp of salt.
