  • 1 Salmon fillet
  • 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Lemon Zest
  • 1/2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper


  • If using an oven – preheat to 400 degrees fahrenheit.
  • Wash and dry your salmon fillet. Place on a baking sheet.
    Coat with olive oil, honey, lemon juice and zest. Top with salt and pepper.
  • Bake for 12-14 minutes in the oven.
    If using an air fryer – bake at 400 degrees fahrenheit for 9 minutes.
  • serve and enjoy as a main or added to a salad!
