  • 1 mango diced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes diced
  • 1/2 cup cucumber diced
  • 1/3 cup red onion diced
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp salt


  • Dice mango, cucumber, cherry tomatoes and red onion.
  • Add all diced ingredients to a bowl.
  • Add lime juice and sea salt. Mix well and let absorb for 5-10 minutes.
  • Enjoy as a dip, on top of tacos, bowls or salads!
