  • 1/3 cup gluten free rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp pistachios we suggest blending more than 1 tbsp but this is all you will need for a single serving of this recipe.
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp Dark chocolate melted – can you chocolate chips or a couple squares from a bar
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt


  • Start by blending pistachios together until you get a flour like texture.
  • In a jar or bowl add oats, chia seeds, pistachio, almond milk, maple syrup and the blended pistachios.
  • Let the oats sit in the fridge for 10 minutes so oats/chia seeds absorb the milk.
  • After the 10 minutes, melt dark chocolate and cover a light layer over the oats.
    Let this cool for another 5 minutes in the fridge to allow chocolate to harden into a shell.
  • Once chocolate has cooled – enjoy or leave in the fridge overnight for breakfast!
