Ingredients
- 3 cups oats
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 cup pumpkin purée
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients together and place on parchment paper lined pan.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove and let cool for another 10 or so minutes before enjoying!
