  • 3 cups oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin purée


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Mix all ingredients together and place on parchment paper lined pan.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Remove and let cool for another 10 or so minutes before enjoying!
