  • 3 cups raspberries frozen
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp honey


  • Add frozen raspberries to a pot on medium heat.
  • Once raspberries are completely thawed, reduce heat, add chia seeds, lemon juice, and honey and stir for about a minute.
  • remove from heat and let cool.
  • Store in a sealed jar to keep fresh. Enjoy over toast, in oats or on top of chia pudding!
