  • 1 cup rice jasmine
  • 2 cup chicken bone broth
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/3 cup yellow onion diced
  • 2 tbsp garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 2.5 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper


  • Start by chopping onion and cherry tomatoes and mincing garlic.
  • In a pot on medium heat, add olive oil, onions and garlic, cherry tomatoes, salt and pepper
  • Saut√© until onions are translucent.
    Once translucent mix in tomato paste.
  • Add washed rice and bone broth to the pot, cover and let cook for about 15 minutes.
  • Let cool and enjoy!
    This rice is perfect for any variation of grain bowl, with your eggs in the morning or in a burrito! We sometimes like to add a squeeze of lime to the top.
