  • 1 cup hibiscus tea
  • 1.5 cup strawberries frozen
  • 1 tbsp honey


  • Add one cup of boiling water to a mug or large glass with two hibiscus tea bags and one tablespoon of honey.
  • Place inside fridge until it cools down completely.
  • Once cooled, add strawberries and tea to your blender.
    (Add whatever amount of tea desired, the more you add the thinner your final consistency will be)
  • Pour into a cup and add a drizzle of honey on top if desired!
