  • 1 muffin tin


  • 6 eggs
  • 6 pieces Turkey bacon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper


  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Grease muffin pan or line with baking cups.
  • Cut turkey bacon sliced in half, in each cup cross two halves over making an "x" shape.
  • Add an egg in each cup, top with salt and pepper.
    Feel free to add any herbs, spices, or other toppings you would like to the cup!
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, less time if you want a soft yolk, more if you prefer it fully cooked – just make sure the egg whites are completely white!
