  • 1 pound Ground Turkey
  • 2 tbsp Almond Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1/4 cup Onion diced
  • 1/2 cup Arugula
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp Oregano
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil


  • Dice onion and lightly chop arugula.
  • Add all ingredients except olive oil to a bowl. (Ground Turkey, Almond Flour, Egg, Garlic, Onion, Arugula, Salt, Pepper, and Oregano).
    Mix well.
  • Form mixture into balls and set aside.
    Heat a pan with olive oil and sear until fully cooked. This will take around 8-9 minutes.
  • Enjoy in any dinner or lunch dish!
