- 1 pound Ground Turkey
- 2 tbsp Almond Flour
- 1 Egg
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1/4 cup Onion diced
- 1/2 cup Arugula
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tbsp Oregano
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- Dice onion and lightly chop arugula.
- Add all ingredients except olive oil to a bowl. (Ground Turkey, Almond Flour, Egg, Garlic, Onion, Arugula, Salt, Pepper, and Oregano).Mix well.
- Form mixture into balls and set aside.Heat a pan with olive oil and sear until fully cooked. This will take around 8-9 minutes.
- Enjoy in any dinner or lunch dish!
