Vanilla Quinoa Walnut Granola

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Oats
  • 2/3 cups Quinoa
  • 1/2 cups Walnuts
  • 3 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Combined all ingredients except walnuts: oats, quinoa, honey, vanilla, coconut oil, sea salt into a bowl.
  • Mix well and transfer to a parchment lined baking tray or to your air fryer.
    For oven: preheat to 300 degrees F, bake for 10 minutes, stir and add walnuts then bake for another 10 minutes or until golden brown.
    For air fryer: bake at 300 degrees for 8-12 minutes, stirring and adding walnuts halfway through.
  • Let cool completely before enjoying!
