  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 2 cups mixed berries frozen
  • 1/2 cup kefir whole milk
  • 1/2 tbsp flax seed
  • 1/2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 scoop whey protein powder Designs for Health
  • cold water as needed to blend

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Add just enough cold water to get everything moving. Enjoy!

Notes

To make this vegan, omit the kefir.
