- 2 cups mixed greens
- 2 cups mixed berries frozen
- 1/2 cup kefir whole milk
- 1/2 tbsp flax seed
- 1/2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 scoop whey protein powder Designs for Health
- cold water as needed to blend
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Add just enough cold water to get everything moving. Enjoy!

To make this vegan, omit the kefir.
